CSG Government Solutions, a national leader in government program modernization, today announced that Deneen Omer, a Senior Practice Adviser in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice, presented at the 2014 American Public Human Services Association (APHSA) National Policy Forum held June 16 – 18 in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Omer’s session Transforming Service Delivery Through Interoperability: The Illinois Framework discussed the importance of taking an enterprise-level approach to breaking down silos in support of interoperability across healthcare and human services programs. She provided details regarding CSG’s approach to assisting Illinois in creating governance structures and providing support for establishing enterprise-level shared services.
