The Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) has engaged CSG Government Solutions in a multi-year effort to upgrade the agency’s information technology architecture to more effectively support the State’s human services programs. The MOSAIC enterprise transformation initiative integrates currently fragmented IT systems and business processes into a single OKDHS architecture. Its aim is to increase worker productivity, enhance customer service and improve compliance with state and federal reporting rules, while flexibly addressing changing mandates and program requirements. MOSAIC initially targets the front-office processes of the Child Support Enforcement, Family Support Services, and Children and Family Services programs. “An enterprise solution approach for the program eligibility and case management processes of Oklahoma’s public assistance, child support and child welfare programs enables an effective service delivery system for caseworkers and citizens,” says Garrick Beil, Director of CSG’s Human Services Practice. “A key to the success of this project is OKDHS’s phased approach to modernization, leveraging technologies in a Service Oriented Architecture. The SOA approach is highly configurable and facilitates the incorporation of the specific needs of participating programs. We are excited about this opportunity to help OKDHS improve operational performance and achieve their enterprise vision.” “CSG has been a valuable addition to the MOSAIC project team,” says Fonda Logston, Director of the OKDHS Enterprise Program Office. “They engaged swiftly, arriving with a thorough understanding of the human services business. Their leadership and guidance have quickly made them a trusted partner on the MOSAIC team.”
