The MITA Governance Board is focused on directing the evolution of the MITA Framework. The board assures the MITA Framework adheres to Medicaid regulations, policies, and procedures, and helps guide states through implementation, improvements, and certification of their Medicaid systems.

Ms. Starr is a Principal in CSG's Healthcare and Human Services practice with nearly 20 years of experience leading complex information technology projects for government healthcare programs. She has been a leader on multiple successful statewide Medicaid Enterprise system modernizations efforts.
