CSG Government Solutions, a national leader in government program modernization, today announced that Kathy Reczkiewicz, a Principal in CSG’s Revenue/Tax practice, recently spoke at the 2014 Federation of Tax Administrators (FTA) Technology Conference and Exhibition held August 11-13 in Portland, Oregon.

The FTA Technology Conference and Exhibition provides a forum for states to share best practices from tax agencies across the U.S. The program includes a mix of sessions covering a wide variety of tax administration technology topics.

Ms. Reczkiewicz led a session on Using Independent Quality Assurance (QA) Services. The session addressed how independent QA services help ensure state tax system modernization projects meet their goals by providing proactive identification of issues and risks, and an independent perspective to assist with finding solutions for issues, mitigation strategies for risks, and opportunities for process improvements.

“CSG values our involvement with FTA,” says Jim Mahony, Director of CSG’s Revenue/Tax practice. “The conference gives us the opportunity to share our real-world experience with agencies and individuals across the nation working to improve tax administration.”

CSG Government Solutions continues to increase its presence across the United States. The company deploys highly experienced teams and innovative methods, knowledge, and tools to help governments modernize complex program enterprises. CSG clients include 38 state governments, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the U.S. Department of Labor, and large municipal governments.
